Abuse is Not Erotic, June 5, 2015

The title Virtuous is a really bad joke. Marie Force, an incredibly gifted writer, has sunk to disguising sexual abuse as erotic fiction. Since FSOG, too many authors seem to be selling their integrity and promoting misogamy.

Natalie is young and evidently desperate for affection. Flynn has violent sexual fantasies, in which he wants to torture, humiliate and degrade anyone smaller or weaker. Instead of recognizing sadism as mental illness, his desire to hurt women is now being promoted as a lifestyle.

This book is not romantic, erotic or humane but an insult to every intelligent woman.

Cinderella, Fifty Shades, puppy love, with boring SEX scenes all mixed into one. I was very disappointed in this book. Not worth reading the next how ever many books are in this series. Don’t waste your time or money. This first book could have been reduced to about 5 chapters.

I’m all for far fetched, but this was really far fetched. I felt as if it was just a little to silly. I don’t care for the first person writing. Natalie repeats the same thoughts over and over again and Flynn is really to good to be true. I like things a little more real.I would not consider it an erotic romance. Not much different from her other books. Maybe the next two books will be better in that regard.
