Raven’s Cry (The Darkness Series Book 3)

Raven's Cry (The Darkness Series Book 3)

Raven Paige is different. Where everyone else around her was horrified when they learned of the goings on at the now infamous Strictland Academy, and appalled by what Emma Thompson had endured during her long months of captivity, Raven was… compelled.

Fascinated.

Excited, even.

The tales of sexual sadism, humiliation and depravity awakened a need within Raven; one as dark as the wings of the bird for which she was named. Secretly, she visits the so-calle

    Ravens Cry

Three times. I read this book three times from cover to cover. Raven is a woman who knows that she wants the dark side of sexuality. The side no one ever talks about. She visits the street houses and peeks inside to see just a taste. Raven will be taken away and married to someone who can fulfill these fantasies to the highest. Not many books make me feel like I am the character and am willing to jump into the pages and never come out. This one grabbed me from the first words. It is also not for the faint of heart. There is sadism and masochism, extreme physical exams and tears. Yes my perfect book. Bravo Mrs Hayse and may I have another! 5 stars all the way !

This book is wonderfully written. The characters are so real to life and I just wanted to crawl inside and live there. I started this book and could not put it down. I hope there will be another to follow.

Talk about great writing! This was absolutely fabulous writing. The blurb warns you right from the start that this is Dark Erotica and the authors deliver on that statement. The story fascinates and draws you in deeper with every chapter. Unless you’re dead from the neck down, I would definitely make sure you have someone nearby to help you “take care of things” while reading this. I had to take several breaks while reading this story! The male lead characters, Henry and Kendrick, are deliciously wicked and Raven is more than just curious about the dark desires she has. This makes for a lethal combination!

I was blessed with a copy in exchange for an honest review.
