I liked most of these stories but was disappointed that to finish INDECENT PROPOSAL (best IMHO) you had to purchase the additional “parts” from this author. No where in the description did it indicate this would be the case. I kind of feel that they tried to lure us into doing this. Not going to happen for me. I hate it when an author/publisher does not disclose important details like this up front.

Bring on the Heat features 10 great stories by 10 great authors. I enjoyed all the stories, each has a different theme and covers lots of different genres so there is definitely something for everyone. I enjoyed all the stories but I am only taking the time to review my two favorite stories. That being said, all the stories are worthwhile to read and I highly recommend this boxed set.

In Caught by Cassandra Carr, Callie runs into an old flame at a party with explosive results. I am not a huge fan of lost loved stories but I really enjoyed this story. Callie had her reasons for leaving…reasons that might have been resolved with a little more communication. The story line was very true to life (well minus the dominant-sub relationship for most people). I loved it, thought both characters were great.

In First Kiss by Ann Mayburn, pro-Domme Emma meets a man from her past who wants more than one night with her. The story is hot, hot, hot and I especially love stories where men do all the chasing. First Kiss is part of a serial and I definitely can’t wait for the next part of their story.

Sexy and Ohhhh Is It HOT!, January 6, 2014

I received an ARC for an honest review of this anthology.

I really enjoyed the story offerings included in this anthology. It’s full of sexy men and gorgeous women. The stories are full of passion and are smoking hot.

This is a great boxed set, including stories by Cassandra Carr, Emma Lai, and Adriana Kraft, authors I’ve read before and really enjoyed their work. The rest of the authors are just as good, and I’m really looking forward to reading more by them as well.

For instance, the first story in the anthology, Breaking Skye, was FANTASTIC. I really enjoyed reading about Adam and Skye…I’m going to definitely be reading more by Eden Bradley…and the rest of the shorts are just as tasty.
