Underdeveloped characters in an unrealistic relationship with an un-ending ending. Don’t waste your time.
One point for decent editing, one point for some original humor.

I chose this book as my “train read” so that I would have a good book to read on my train commute to and from Chicago.

I found it to be a well- crafted read with plenty of detail. I also appreciated that the author lets you know before you buy the book that it ends in a cliffhanger. Personally, I don’t mind but I know some people do and I think the heads up was a nice touch.

The main character Sarah is basically re-starting her life after finding out her live in boyfriend is unfaithful. Sarah moves (literally) to a new house in a new neighborhood (actually in a new state) and starts a new job. Needless to say she dumped the boyfriend before moving on.

The new job comes with a new boss and new co-workers. I felt that characters were all well created and the detail was excellent.

Sarah goes out with her boss and co-workers and the events surrounding their outings all point to leading to something more- perhaps with the handsome guy they cross paths with not only at one event but at two.

She ends up connecting with him and the beginning of a relationship starts- or does it?

As mentioned, this book does end in a cliffhanger. It is a cliffhanger that made me re-read the last part of the book to make sure I didn’t miss a clue before.

This is a fairly fast read. It is rich with detail and I thought it ended in just the right spot for the cliffhanger.
